Return Policy
At Minimal Curve, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy, you may return the item within 30 days of its arrival date for a full refund.
- No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after 90 days from the arrival date of your purchase.
- Your product must be in unused condition and in its original packaging.
- To initiate your return, please contact our Customer Support Team at support@minimalcurves.com.
Important Notes:
- You are responsible for paying the shipping fee associated with returning your order to our headquarters in Australia. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned product.
Once your returned product is received, we will notify you via email. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.
Cancelations (If Applicable)
- If you wish to cancel your order, contact our Customer Support Team at support@minimalcurves.com within 6 hours of placing your order.
- Orders remain in a processing state for 6 hours before being transmitted to our operational facility for immediate fulfillment.
- All wholesale orders are non-refundable, as specified in our "Wholesale Pricing Guide."
Defective Products
- If you receive a defective product, we will send you a replacement free of charge.
- A video must be provided to our Customer Support Team at support@minimalcurves.com to support your claim.
- If your product becomes defective due to a manufacturing defect, we will also provide a free replacement.
Wrong Address
- It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly.
- If you realize your shipping address is incorrect, please contact our Customer Support Team within 6 hours of placing your order.
- We strive to process orders quickly, so there is only a small window to correct incorrect shipping information.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Minimal Curve is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please file a claim with your shipping carrier.
